Continuous Enrollment

Mentees: Young women (15–25 years old)

Goal: 1 million mentoring connections by 2031.

As we map the ecosystem, we empower changemaker organizations to join the movement with their volunteer mentors.

Where We Are: As of 2026, we have mobilized 1,600+ volunteer mentors, engaged 300+ organizations, and recorded 200,000 mentoring pledges — and we’re just getting started.

Once a year: January-June

Mentees: Women entrepreneurs with growing businesses

Goal: To empower 50–100 women entrepreneurs each year through experienced mentorship, knowledge exchange, and new networks.

Where we are: Launched in 2023 with Akbank, the program has engaged 30+ ecosystem partners and continues to expand its reach each year.

When Funded

Mentees: Female university students actively seeking their first or next job.

Goal: To help young women build confidence, strengthen employability skills, and accelerate their job search through peer support, group mentoring, and sisterhood.

Where We Are: In partnership with PERYÖN, Askıda Ne Var, and KAGİDER, we mobilized 1,185 mentees, 259 group mentors, and 20 action partners to support our sisters impacted by the earthquake (March–May 2023). Notable pilots at BinYaprak (2019) and TISK (2025).

For us, mentorship is more than a one-on-one relationship — it’s a strategic lever and action in our Network for Change system to deliver what we miss in the "School of Life" and activate cross-generational collaboration.

Since 2010, we have co-created ecosystem mentoring programs with mission-aligned experts and knowledge partners like EMCC Türkiye and the Evolve Team, turning experience into legacy and networks into opportunity.

Goal: To empower young women (ages 15–25) by connecting them with mentors who can support their career exploration and entry into the workforce and reach 1 million mentoring connections by 2031.

Our Role: TurkishWIN leads the national campaign execution, bringing together over 300 stakeholders and partners. We mobilize volunteer mentors, design scalable mentorship pathways, and activate a digital and grassroots communications strategy to inspire participation at every level.

Export-UP Mentoring Program

Program Partner: EIB (Aegean Exporters’ Associations)

Co-designed: EMCC Türkiye I TurkishWIN

Goal: To support young and female entrepreneurs in achieving their export-focused business goals by connecting them with experienced business leaders.

Our Role: TurkishWIN brought together EIB and EMCC Türkiye to co-create the program design. We shared our mentoring know-how and ecosystem connections to support the program’s impact and sustainability.

EBRD Women in Business Mentoring Program

Partners: EBRD | European Union | Republic of Turkey

Goal: To empower women entrepreneurs across Türkiye by connecting them with experienced TurkishWIN mentors who can guide their business growth, leadership development, and long-term success. We empowered over 180 women entrepreneurs across Türkiye.

Our Role: TurkishWIN designed and managed the mentoring program end-to-end — including mentor and mentee training, selection, matching, and follow-up communication.

Notable mention: This program inspired the creation of the Export-Up Mentorship Program. One of our mentors, Çiğdem Önsal, transformed her experience from the EBRD mentoring journey into a new vision. Today, she leads Export-Up from ideation to execution — a testament to how mentorship can multiply impact.
