#WinTogether: EMCC Turkey & EIB Partnership: A New Mentoring Network Is Born

We are proud to share a great partnership- one of our proudest giveback initiatives in 2021 with you: ExportUP, a mentoring program for women and young exporters.

 Why do we feel like true WINners?

Well, the TurkishWIN team and community contributed to the design and launch of this trailblazer program in partnership with European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Turkey. It is a WIN-WIN-WIN:

• We contributed to another network that supports women and youth, so did our impact partner EMCC Turkey;
• EIB now has an impact and giveback network;
• Women and young exporters won a new mentoring network for support and inspiration.

In this giveback partnership, EIB invested dedicated resources for team training, program design and management, EMCC Turkey volunteers led the mentoring program manager trainings and TurkishWIN brought together networks for change. We salute the amazing KAGIDER team for joining our experience sharing sessions.
